We offer a 30-day return period for our business clients to reconsider their purchase. To initiate a return, please:

  2. Await our response, which will include all necessary instructions for the return.

Return Shipping Costs:

For B2B transactions, the purchaser is responsible for the return shipping costs. We advise using a trackable shipping method to guarantee the safe return of items to our warehouse.

Refund Processing:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s) in 'Like New' condition—with all original packaging and accessories included—we will proceed with your refund.

Condition for Refund:

To qualify for a refund, items must be in 'Like New' condition, showing no signs of wear or damage. Items not meeting these criteria will be deemed ineligible for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Products:

Should you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect:

  • Recover Summit will assume all shipping costs for the return of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Cancellations:
