30-Day Return Policy: Should you have second thoughts about your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window. To initiate a return, simply reach out to us at support@recoversummit.com with your order number and we will provide you with the necessary instructions.

Return Instructions:

  1. Contact us at support@recoversummit.com to signal your intent to return an item.
  2. Quote your order number for quick reference.
  3. Follow the detailed instructions we’ll provide for sending your item back.

Return Shipping Costs: As the purchaser, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe and documented delivery of your item to our warehouse.

Refund Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of your item(s) in 'Like New' condition, inclusive of all original packaging and accessories, we’ll process your refund.

Condition for Refund: Items must be returned in 'Like New' condition, which means no visible wear or damage. Items not meeting these criteria will not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged item, document the issue immediately upon delivery and send pictures to support@recoversummit.com on the same day. Recover Summit will cover all shipping costs for returning defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise.

Cancellations: Should you choose to cancel an order, please contact us at support@recoversummit.com as soon as possible to avoid return shipping fees. Cancellations before shipment will receive a full refund, whereas cancellations after shipment will be treated according to our 30-day return policy and may incur return shipping costs.
